been very bad about writing, over a week since I wrote last. Please excuse, but I have not had the energy to lift a
lorious weather, swimming, walking etc. I am having a wonderful time at this place, it is so uncivilised, by that I

ay, I got a pony and trap and took Sue Ryder (a friend of Mike King9s in England) out for a drive in the country.
ve all over the place to out of the way towns and villages and a wonderful Grotto.
untryside is very attractive with the quantities of 8trulli9 houses dotted among the fig and olive groves. We lunched in
cellar-like9 pub in some out of the way place, and dined at dusk on the roof of a restaurant overlooking the valley.
