e nothing but the most wonderful memories of Granny Lloyd. She was immensely

er grandchildren too. The letters that Tim wrote to his mother before he was killed on

Naughty Sophia, and The Princess and the Goblins, she was such a wonderful reader that she
us all enthralled, even if we all almost knew the story by heart having heard it so often
e. All of us, including the Lloyd uncles were clustered around her, many of us sprawled
e floor. She also used to play cards with us. "Old Maid" and. "Beggar my Neighbour".
